We gather together to socialize and discuss the world of ideas, especially: psychology, neuroscience, Zen Buddhism, eastern thought, philosophy, mythology, religion, anthropology, sociology, history, the arts and humanities. Most of our events are "pot luck lectures"—gatherings where we are all welcome to bring ideas from books, articles, media programs, and other sources we've come across that relate to the topic of the day.
